IMFcompanion

IMFcompanion
"Since Exchange 2003 brought Intelligent Message Filtering (IMF), administrators were looking for help to verify, extend, or adjust, IMF operation."

There are a couple of tools to manage Exchange's IMF. See this link: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/IMF-Managers.html

IMFCompanion is slower than IMF Filter Manager but is more feature rich. It supports find operations which I have found useful as well as better sorting. It also has a feature that will allow whitelisting - essentially this drops the blocked messages back into the queue for delivery but this seems to only work when the program is running - a substantial limitation.

Archive Folder: C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\UceArchiveThis is where my spam messages are stored by IMF.

Pickup Folder: C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\PickUpThis is where IMFCompanion moves the spam when it wants Exchange to pick up the message and deliver it.

The whitelist feature doesn't work. I have it open and minimized
