Registry changes for "unsafe expressions"

The following two registry changes will get rid of the "enable unsafe expressions" warning message that pops up when opening an MDB or MDE file in Microsoft Access 2003 (including the runtime). The settings change the macro security to low, which is the default for MS Access 2002 (XP).
